Modern vibes, but minor tweaks needed

The hotel's contemporary design and cleanliness offered a refreshing ambiance. Morning breakfasts featured a variety of options, ensuring an energizing start to my day. The staff, particularly at the front desk, were always cheerful and communicated flawlessly in English.

However, my stay was affected by several inconveniences. There was only one pillow for the bed, leaving me longing for more comfort. Additionally, the air conditioning unit was quite noisy and disruptive during the night, affecting my rest.

We found this place just right for family time. The walk to the city felt great, and our room was spacious enough for all of us, including our child. The staff was quite accommodating regarding meal arrangements.

My kids wished there were more fun activities available.

my stay at prize by radisson was great! everything in the hotel was modern, and the staff were super friendly. they even made an exception for us to eat breakfast together, which was really nice of them. also, the tropical center with the deep sea pool was awesome for family fun!

The room design was vibrant and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a large TV, making it quite enjoyable. Staff were friendly and provided free coffee and tea in the lobby. Unfortunately, the self-check-in system was faulty, causing a delay when activating room cards. Noise from adjoining rooms and a problematic air conditioning unit detracted from the comfort as well. The bathroom had a nice aesthetic, but the waterfall shower was leaking, which was disappointing.

I had a lovely stay in a Design Room for 2 nights. The decor of the hotel was vibrant and fun, the air-conditioned room had a high-comfort bed that guaranteed a good night's sleep. Plus, the bathroom featured a design shower with an XL shower head, which created a wonderful rainforest experience.

Spent two nights here in a Design Room. I appreciated the quick self check-in process, making my arrival smooth. The room had a modern vibe with a clean look. Bathroom warmed my feet with heated floors, nice touch. Good Wi-Fi and AC throughout my stay. However, the room lacked a wardrobe, which was inconvenient. Only a few hangers were provided. Missed having a kettle for my coffee fix, and there wasn't a fridge either. The street noise from the front could be heard, but it wasn't too distracting. One annoying detail was that doors from neighboring rooms slammed, creating a bit of disturbance. Overall, it was comfortable, especially for the price. I'd suggest the hotel consider adding more amenities in the rooms for longer stays.

I truly appreciated the quick check-in process after a long flight. The vibrant decor took some getting used to, but the room was more than comfortable. Daily breakfast featured great coffee and a nice variety, certainly a great way to start the day. I recommend enjoying the lounge area for relaxation!
